The construction of the FAPA High Voltage Laboratory represented a momentous occasion in the history of the company and for the national electrical industry. With an area of 900 m2, it was the first High Voltage Laboratory with the appropriate technology for the testing of insulators.
Since its foundation in 1954 and following a continuous technological update, FAPA's High Voltage Laboratory has remained at the forefront in carrying out type, sample and routine tests, and is currently comparable to the most complete High Voltage Laboratories of the most prestigious universities of the country.
